Asbestos Survey & Lead Inspection |
Currently, State and Federal Regulations require that all asbestos containing Materials that may be impacted by demolition or remodeling be removed prior to start of the those projects.
As a standard, our consultant collects bulk samples from any building material that may contain asbestos. All samples are individually labeled and with accompanying chain of custody are sent to a State Certified Laboratory for analysis. Once the laboratory results are received, a survey report is generated which identifies the materials that contain asbestos and have to removed prior to commencement of demolition or remodeling project.
We routinely conduct Lead Inspections, Lead Hazard Assessment and Lead Clearance Monitoring. All these services are conducted by our lead California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Certified Lead Inspector.
Lead inspections are routinely conducted for our clients prior to start of their remodeling or demolition projects in order to comply with CDPH and/or Cal-OSHA regulations. Portable X Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Lead Analyzer are used to inspect building materials on site and determine their lead content.
Lead Clearance Monitorings are also routinely conducted on lead abatement projects to verify the successful completion of the projects.
Lead Hazard Assessments are normally conducted at properties to evaluate and determine possibility of lead hazard at the site.

Asbestos Abatement Protocols |
Asbestos abatement protocols are normally provided for medium to large abatement projects. These are site specific and are normally required for project sites that contain and/or are adjacent to an operating facility
|
Asbestos Operation & Maintenance protocols are normally generated for facilities that have identified asbestos containing materials and are not planning on removing them for the time being. These protocols allow these facilities to safely maintain and monitor these materials to eliminate exposure to facility occupants to asbestos fibers.
|
Indoor air quality monitoring are conducted to determine the type and degree of indoor pollutants. These could be mold infestation, asbestos contamination, hydrocarbon contamination, etc. There are specific sampling procedures each of the pollutants listed above. Once the type and degree of contaminations are determined, proper recommendations will be made to remedy the problems.
